Fees

When Finders trace a potential beneficiary to an unclaimed Estate you will be asked to sign an agreement which specifies Finders commission. This is called a contingency fee and is how we are paid for successfully locating beneficiaries.

As a beneficiary you never owe Finders any money and you will never be asked for an advance or direct payment. Finders can only be paid when the estate is distributed to its rightful heirs. When you the beneficiary receive your money we receive our commission.

As an heir to an estate on which Finders are working, we guarantee that you cannot inherit a debt.

Once Finders has confirmed you as a beneficiary, you will be provided with information about the deceased and a confidential report containing your details will be sent to the solicitors acting for the Estate. You will be notified of this and provided with the solicitors contact details.

If you have any questions about the inheritance process or about our commission agreement you are welcome to contact us. Your queries throughout will be answered promptly and without charge and as a beneficiary, it is your right to take independent legal advice.
